Please follow these 4 easy but precise steps as instructed during the process to ensure the automated Password Reset is completed correctly.
How to Reset a Password:
Click Reset Password link.

Input email address and click Continue.

When you click Continue, the screen will indicate you've been sent a Reset Link.

Visit your email account to locate the email containing the Reset Link. If you do not locate it in your inbox, please try a Spam or Junk folder that it may have been filtered into.

Click the link which will open a NEW browser window and will send you a temporary store-assigned password via email.
Revisit your email account to locate the email containing the store-assigned Temporary Password. If you do not locate it in your inbox, please try a Spam or Junk folder that it may have been filtered into.

Type your email address and this new temporary password into the appropriate fields in the browser window opened by the clicking of the Reset Link and click Sign In.
PLEASE NOTE: The temporary password must be entered into the appropriate field on the screen opened by your Reset Link. It will only work there - it cannot work on any previous or newly opened browser windows. You must enter the store-assigned Temporary Password in the browser window opened by clicking the Reset Link.
You can then click on Account Details to assign your own unique password to your account.
